Order Methods
We accept orders online, and by fax and regular mail. You can fax your order to us 24 hours a day at 814.459.7804. To mail an order to us, please send the order form to:

Payment Methods
We accept payment online by MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships.
We also accept money orders and personal checks by mail. Please make checks or money orders payable to "Blue Pike Commerce." However, personal checks must clear our bank before we ship your order. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. Please see the full instructions above on how to pay using one of these methods.
Canadian and international orders must be placed either by credit card or international money order in U.S. funds.
Sales Tax
Because this store is located in Pennsylvania, we are required to charge state sales tax of 6% to shipments within Pennsylvania.
International Orders
We charge actual shipping on international orders. We will not ship an international order until we receive your authorization of the additional charges. Please contact us by email at Sales@ShopFoodSource.com before placing an international order and advise us (1) the items you wish to purchase, and (2) your shipping address. We will then email you back with the shipping charges and available shipping methods and request your approval of those charges. If we do not receive your approval within 48 hours of when we provide the shipping quote, we will assume you do not approve of the charges and we may cancel the order. Once we receive your approval of the shipping charges and shipping method, we will ship the order and charge your credit card the quoted shipping charge in addition to the charge for the product ordered.
On all international orders the purchaser is responsible for any taxes, duties or import fees charged by the purchaser's country. Please note also that we cannot guarantee the delivery time for orders shipped outside the United States because we cannot control the time it takes any order to pass through customs.

Depending on the circumstances, we may decline to accept a credit card order from any of the countries listed above. For countries not listed above, typically we will accept and ship an order only if we receive payment in advance by check, money order or wire transfer. Additional charges may apply to wire transfers. Shipping Charges
Except as explained in the next paragraph, ShopFoodSource.com charges flat-rate standard shipping on all orders shipped within the 50 states of the United States. Currently the flat-rate standard shipping charge on domestic orders is $5.95. We will determine the shipping method for all standard shipping orders. Light or small items are usually shipped United States Postal Service First Class or Priority mail, and heavier items are shipped UPS Ground. Typically, items shipped to the lower 48 states by Postal Service arrive in about three days (exclusive of Sundays and Holidays). For UPS Ground shipping times, please see the UPS shipping time graphic below.
Generally orders shipped to APO boxes and United States territories ship for our standard domestic shipping rates. However, if an item it too large or heavy or requires shipment in multiple packages, additional charges may apply. If additional charges do apply, before we ship your order we will email you with the additional shipping charges and request your approval of those charges.
Expedited Domestic Shipping
ShopFoodSource.com offers guaranteed three day, second day and next business day delivery of most domestic orders.
For three day delivery, add $10.00 to our standard shipping charge (for a total of $15.95) for the lower 48 states, and add $14.00 to Alaska and Hawaii (for a total of $19.95).
For second day delivery, add $15.00 to our standard shipping charge (for a total of $20.95) for the lower 48 states, and add $21.00 to Alaska and Hawaii (for a total of $26.95).
For next day delivery, add $30.00 to our standard shipping charge (for a total of $35.95) for the lower 48 states, and add $40.00 to Alaska and Hawaii (for a total of $45.95).
The following additional terms and conditions apply to expedited domestic shipping:
- Delivery dates do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. For example, if you order on Monday morning with two day delivery, your order will arrive on Wednesday. If you order on Thursday morning with two day delivery, your order will arrive on Monday, which is two working days after the order date.
- Orders received after 2:00 p.m. Eastern time may ship the next business day.
- Guaranteed shipping dates are valid for in-stock items only. If the item is not in stock, we will contact you promptly.
- A street address is required for expedited shipping. We cannot deliver expedited to a post office box.
- Certain large or heavy items, or orders that must ship in multiple packages, will not ship for the expedited rates shown above. If an order contains an item that is too large or heavy to ship for the expedited rates shown above, or if the order must ship in multiple packages, we will contact you promptly and advise you of the shipping charges and/or options available. In addition, certain items are too large to ship expedited. If an order contains an item that is too large to ship expedited, we will contact you promptly and advise you of the options available. Please contact us if you have any questions about an expedited order.
- UPS will not deliver expedited to certain rural addresses. If we cannot ship expedited to your address, we will contact you promptly.
- Expedited shipping is not available for orders shipped to APO boxes and United States territories.
Additional Shipping Terms and Information
The shipping rates set forth above are for shipments only within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). For international orders, please see the explanation above.
Shipments to more than one address require shipping charges for each address.
Delivery Times and Back-Ordered Items
We attempt to ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours (excluding days when our shippers will not accept shipments). Generally we ship by UPS Ground, U.S. Priority Mail (with delivery confirmation) or U.S. First Class Mail. If we ship by UPS Ground, we will email you with your tracking number. Shipping times by UPS Ground are provided below. (Please note that these times can be delayed if there are problems with your shipping address or no one is available to accept the delivery when the driver arrives). Most Priority Mail and First Class Mail deliveries arrive within two to three business days, and most ground deliveries arrive within five business days. If we are able to partial ship an incomplete order, we may ship the items separately at no additional cost to you.
Due to the wide selection of products we carry, items will sometimes become temporarily unavailable. We make every effort to get out of stock products back into inventory as quickly as possible. However, the manufacturer of an item may also be out of stock which could cause a much longer delay. We do everything we can to fill backorders as quickly as possible and your credit card is never charged until we ship your order.
Damaged or Lost Items
If you receive a package that is visibly damaged, please note the damage on the carrier's freight bill or receipt. Be sure to obtain a copy. Once received, keep the original package, all packing materials and parts intact. Please email our Customer Service Department at sales@ShopFoodSource.com within ten calendar days after receiving a damaged shipment, or as soon as you determine that a shipment is lost.
Security Guarantee
All credit card information sent to ShopFoodSource.com is encrypted by a GeoTrust 128-bit SSL Global Server ID. We use the world's strongest encryption to assure the privacy of your credit card information.
We guarantee that your credit card information will be safely transmitted to us when you place your order. We take the safety of your credit card information very seriously. Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Explorer, Web TV and AOL browsers each support the Secured Socket Layers standard which allows your credit card data to be sent to us safely. For added security, we require that all orders be subject to address verification. This means that regardless of where you want your order shipped, we confirm the billing address to which your credit card statements are sent. We do this for your protection. If you are still uneasy about transmitting your credit card number over the Internet, you can call, mail or fax your order to us.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50.00 in fraudulent charges incurred on your credit card. If your bank does hold you liable for any amount up to $50.00, we will cover that amount of liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at ShopFoodSource.com while using our secure server. In the event that your credit card is used without your permission, you must notify the bank which issued your credit card in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Return Policy and Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply return it to us within 30 days of its shipment date and we will credit you for the entire amount of your order less the shipping charges. Exchanges can also be made within 30 days of the shipment date.

For your protection, please insure the package for its full value and obtain a package tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange.
Please keep all packaging materials, manuals, warranties and accessories intact. Products with missing or severely damaged packaging, manuals, warranties or accessories will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
